Being a human in these times is not for the faint of heart. It’s not uncommon to be experiencing burnout, loneliness, blocked creativity, anxiety and or depression.
Working with a therapist can help you to identify patterns you’d like to change, and gain insights about how to change them. Or, identify coping strategies for situations that you can’t change. Therapy can help you to try new and different approaches, while building more self-compassion for yourself.
I use creative practices within therapy to help you map out your inner landscape and to find your still, quiet voice that wants to speak. I create a space for you to explore, create, use metaphor and get weird and playful to find answers and to find healing.
