WHAT IS EXPRESSIVE ARTS THERAPY?
Therapy using expressive arts does not require artistic experience or skill. It can be collage, doodling, moving meditation, writing, playing with musical instruments, or sandplay.
Expressive arts in therapy can provide you with a way to process, self-soothe, practice and to find answers. Expressive arts can be helpful to those that feel stuck in a mental rut, or to deepen a talk therapy discussion.
